Human Readiness / Human Readiness Profile

Human Readiness is a reflective educational tool designed to support insight, self-awareness, boundaries, and workplace readiness. It is not therapy, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, or a clinical or diagnostic assessment. Its tools, prompts, narratives, constitutions, and outputs are intended to support reflection and development. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health or medical condition. Human Readiness should not be used by employers as a clinical, medical, psychological, or hiring instrument.

Conflict Reset

Conflict Reset is a workplace readiness and conflict-navigation toolkit. It is not an HR investigation, legal determination, formal grievance process, or emergency response tool. It is not appropriate for harassment, discrimination, retaliation, abuse, threats, violence, immediate safety concerns, or situations requiring formal HR, legal, compliance, or safeguarding review. If a matter involves safety, unlawful conduct, formal policy violations, or an issue requiring protected reporting channels, stop using the toolkit for that matter and use the appropriate organizational or legal process instead.

Culture Genome and team / culture tools

Culture Genome and related team or culture tools are designed to support organizational reflection, team dialogue, and readiness insight. They are not employment screening tools, psychological tests, or guarantees of team performance. Results are directional and developmental. They should be used as one input among many and should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, discipline, termination, or compensation decisions.

Readiness assessments & diagnostics generally

Readiness Laboratory assessments, diagnostics, kits, and reports are designed to support reflection, development, planning, and decision-making. They are not guarantees of outcomes, readiness, culture, leadership capability, project success, or organizational performance. Any scores, archetypes, narratives, constitutions, summaries, recommendations, or generated outputs should be interpreted as guidance and insight, not as definitive judgments or promises.

Any scores, narratives, archetypes, constitutions, scripts, summaries, or recommendations generated by Readiness Laboratory products are intended as reflective and developmental tools only. These outputs are based on user-provided responses and internal scoring logic. They are not factual determinations, legal conclusions, clinical findings, psychological diagnoses, or guarantees of future outcomes. Users and organizations should apply judgment and, where appropriate, seek qualified professional guidance before acting on results in high-stakes situations.

Organizations

Employer and organizational use

If an organization purchases or licenses Readiness Laboratory products for internal use, those tools are intended to support development, reflection, facilitation, and readiness conversations. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, individual reflective outputs should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions, including hiring, firing, promotion, discipline, or compensation decisions. Organizations remain responsible for how they implement, interpret, communicate, and govern any outputs generated through the platform.
